Welcome to Ibrose Local SEO. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related tools. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Ibrose Local SEO provides local search marketing services including, but not limited to, manual directory submissions, local citation work, Google Business Profile support, reputation management, website design, content, and related consultancy. Service details are described in the service agreement or order confirmation provided at purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services you confirm you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Orders, Information & Cooperation

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the services (business name, address, phone, website, images, descriptions, hours, and other relevant details).
• We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information you provide.
• For certain listings or listings requiring verification, you may need to complete third-party verification steps. We will provide guidance and information for these cases.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms and accepted payment methods are provided on the order page and in your service agreement. All fees are due according to the agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds, if any, are governed by our refund policy and the service agreement.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While we use industry best practices and manual methods to improve local visibility and citations, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Search engines and directories control indexing and ranking; results vary and changes in algorithms may affect outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, and materials provided by Ibrose Local SEO remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us (business data, logos, photos). You grant us a limited license to use those materials to perform the contracted services.

7. Content Standards

You will not provide content or request actions that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content and to suspend work if requested actions violate laws or platform policies.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Many services involve third-party directories, platforms, and search engines. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party actions, policies, or rejections. We will always follow best practices to maximize acceptance, but final approval lies with the third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ibrose Local SEO and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior 6 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ibrose Local SEO, its employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services or access at our discretion for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. You may terminate services by notifying us in writing, subject to the terms of your service agreement regarding work already performed and applicable fees.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to collection and processing of personal information necessary to deliver services, including submission of your business information to third-party directories.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas for any disputes arising from these Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreement, order confirmation, and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Ibrose Local SEO regarding the services.
