At Ibrose Local SEO (“we”, “us”, “our”), we work hard to deliver high-quality, manual local SEO and digital services. Because our work is time-based, customized, and often starts quickly after order confirmation, we have specific rules around refunds. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests.

1. General Refund Principles

By placing an order with Ibrose Local SEO, you agree to this Refund Policy. We review each request on a case-by-case basis, but in general:

  • Most of our services are non-refundable once work has started.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds, service credits, or alternative solutions in certain situations.
  • All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our work, the following are typically non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Manual local directory submissions and citations.
  • Google Business Profile optimization, setup, or verification support.
  • Google Map citations and pindrop citations.
  • Review support, content writing, or listing optimization.
  • SEO services, backlink work, indexing support, and guest posting.
  • Website design, setup, or structural changes.

Because these services require manual time, research, and action that cannot be “undone,” once we start working on your order, a refund is usually not possible for the completed portion of the work.

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a partial or full refund in limited situations, such as:

  • If no work at all has started on your order and you contact us shortly after payment.
  • If there has been a clear mistake on our side (for example, using completely wrong business details that you did not provide and that we did not confirm).
  • If we are unable to deliver the service at all for reasons fully within our control.

Even in these cases, we may offer a service credit or adjustment instead of a cash refund, depending on the situation and prior agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Search engines, directories, and platforms are controlled by third parties. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, live approval on every directory, or sales outcomes. As a result, refunds are not issued based on:

  • Changes in search engine rankings or algorithms.
  • Lower-than-expected traffic or leads.
  • Third-party platforms rejecting, moderating, or delaying listings or reviews.
  • Differences between your expectations and actual performance, where services were provided as agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information in a timely manner.
  • Respond to our questions or verification requests promptly.
  • Follow guidance for verification steps (such as phone, email, or postcard verification when required by platforms).

Delays or issues caused by missing or incorrect information from your side are not eligible for refunds.

6. Third-Party Limitations

Many services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, directory sites, map providers, etc.). We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their approval, processing speed, or policies. Refunds will not be granted when:

  • A directory or platform rejects or removes a listing for reasons based on its own policies.
  • Approval or publishing takes longer than expected due to their review times.
  • They change their rules, features, or algorithms.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Order Modifications

If you wish to change or cancel a service:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • If no work has started, we may cancel and consider a full or partial refund.
  • If work has already started, we may adjust the scope going forward, but the portion already completed remains non-refundable.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Many issues can be resolved through clear communication, reporting, or additional work.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed without contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend services, refuse future work, or take appropriate steps to provide documentation of the services delivered.

9. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund review, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and business name.
  • Order details (date, package, and service type).
  • A clear explanation of your concern.
  • Any supporting screenshots or documents.

We will review your request in good faith and respond with our decision or next steps.
